
The Kenya Premier League (KPL) has added a thrilling twist to the competition by introducing monthly awards for the Player of the Month and Manager of the Month, giving fans an opportunity to celebrate the best performers both on and off the pitch.
Football enthusiasts can now vote for their favorite player or coach, directly influencing who walks away with the coveted awards. The Player of the Month winner will receive Ksh50,000, while the Manager of the Month takes home Ksh75,000. For this month, four players and four managers have been shortlisted for the honors.
Gor Mahia Dominate Player of the Month Nominations
Michael Kibwage (Gor Mahia)
Harambee Stars defender Kibwage has been a rock at the back, starting all seven of Gor Mahia’s matches. Under his guidance, the team has recorded five wins, one draw, and one loss. In his most recent outing, Kibwage made 14 clearances, five interceptions, two blocks, and completed 90% of his passes, registering nine progressive passes and contributing to four consecutive clean sheets.
Vincent Mahiga (AFC Leopards)

Charles Okere (Tusker FC)
